Quick question: Does the IS250 equip with Direct injection?

Quick question: Does the IS250 equip with Direct injection?

I thought I saw direct ignition or something, but does our 2500cc engine equip with direct injection? I know the 350 does for both. does the vvti do anything to save gas?

The reason why i am asking, is because I am very impress with the gas mileage, last tank i did 740KM with ~70% of it highway, the rest is pretty much bumper to bumper traffic.

my 250 is a 2008 model if that make a difference. oh, i only have 5000km so far, not even 1st service/oil change yet

if i remember correctly that is exclusive to the 350.

i believe the is250 does come with direct fuel injection.

ah ok, i dont remember, mabye what is exclusive to the 350, is that it has both fuel injection systems? heh.

IS250 has direct injection
IS350 has direct dual injectors, i think.

From the spec sheet:
*6-Cylinder DOHC
*24-Valve

+1 - that's why uneducated people think the car sounds "cheap."

That is some impressive mileage though. 462 real miles on one tank is very good.
