Why can't they change something useful like....a freakin' backup camera or better placed cig power plugs. Sigh.

The signal mirrors are a nice touch as is the front bumper. Not feeling the rear lights.

Agreed that they need better power outlet locations. The backup camera seems pretty good right now, and even shows a clear bright picture at night - what don't you like about it?

Nothing, just that I'm having some wishful thinking that it should be standard ahah. Cuz my last car an Infiniti FX35 came standard w/ it.

Ya I say there are not enough big changes that I would go for an 09 IS350 instead of a good deal that can be had for the 08 IS350.

Any word of them updating the TPMS to show EACH tire pressure?

I cannot believe they haven't already. Basic Ponitac G6's have this!

Seriously. One of the few major flaws the 2IS has. I hate it.

A very welcome facelift, but i am only digging the gray wood trim. The mirrors would also interest me if they are smaller for sure. Are the IS-F mirrors smaller than ours? that would be perfect.

Yes, the IS-F mirrors are smaller than the 2IS mirrors.

This is completely off-topic, but the stock 2IS tails also have LED's facing the rear in addition to what flipside909 mentioned. It uses a combination of "regular" bulbs and LED's to make the brake lights. They just don't look like the Nissan and BMW LED tail lights. The next time you're driving behind a 2IS, play close attention to how fast the brake lights come on. The "instantaneous on" is a dead giveaway of LED lights.

I will also have to back this up. I was the first in CL to drive the 2IS before it was unveiled to the public back in 05. In the technical specs that were given to us, it states the tail lamps are LED. Here's the article I wrote up a few years ago: https://www.clublexus.com/index.php?...303&Itemid=171

The main brake lamp bulbs in the quarter mounted and trunk mounted lamps are certainly LED. They are a larger LED, similar to what's found in your CHMSL.
