I'm currently awaiting signing for a IS250 when 2009 becomes available, and while browsing for pics I found this;

Noticed no amber on the light, and bit diff inner on the head lights. Authenticity of the shots and differences to 2008 people?

I think thats the production pictures when they first introduced the 2IS

 

yea i agree with kenn... those look like the first intro shots of the 2is

 

That's the current european IS. In the U.S., they have to have the amber in the headlight by law.

 

Those are NOT pictures of the 2009 facelift for the IS. Trust me on this.

as conservative of a brand as lexus is, i would expect minor cosmetic tweaks.

 

Those are the pics from when the IS X50 was about to hit the European market when the 2gen was released. Circa 4-5 years old.

 

That doesnt look like 2009.

hmm so they are returning using the 06-07 rims?

 

Lexus is keeping a small lid on the 2009 specs. I am sure we will all know in a month or two when the dealers obtain their new selling info.
