Hi,

When listening to a CD with random selected, I press the "next track" button on steering wheel and on console, and it brings me to the next track. Is there a way for it to play a random track next?

You have to hit the random button twice: first time to turn it off, then second time to turn it back on and make a random selection.

And yes, it's a huge annoyance that Lexus doesn't let it skip tracks randomly when you hit the "next track" button

I guess you could say that it's "random" how some radio manufacturers have the feature, and some don't
