I was at the dealer about to trade off my car for a new IS. I get a phone call from my BF to stop, come home, and he had a surprise. I was hoping he'd have the b@lls to propose, but it was a false alarm. O well I guess this is just as good news.

I guess they were trying to keep the Altezza style tail lights before to link it to the last generation IS, it's a good decision that they didn't.

 

Those rims are mighty tasty. They look like 19s or 20s!

 

I really hope the '09 doesn't have the Altezza style tail lights.

 

I work right next to the Lexus/toyta HQ in Cali... ive seen the IS-F, matrix, corolla, and FTJ cruiser pre production over the years... So far I have seen not one differentiating ISx50... but I will be keeping a close eye out for the coupes and LFAs to come... and places like autoblog would definitely be the best way to keep up with the times... or ahead of the times. So I guess im saying your boyfriend is a terrible person haha. jk
