I got my 19's put on today and they are compatable with the TPMS. The guy that put them on left some parts off though. I had the tires mounted on my rims on my lunch break - took them home - then put them on my car this afternoon when I got off work. After leaving the house and driving about 5 miles the left rear tire went flat and I am wondering if it is because the guy left the silver washer off of the TPMS assembly for that wheel. He left the black washer off of all the assemblies on all 4 wheels but they are all still fine. The one that went flat does not show any pressure and will not take air. Any ideas? Oh yeah and the place that done this is closed tomorrow, so I've got to take it somewhere else and explain all this. I've attached a pic of the pieces he left out - do they matter or not?

how the heck did he seal the valve without the rubber grommet??? it sounds like the flat tires bead is not seated.

take it back and watch them remove and put the seal and washer on

 

turns out the rim is bent
