Does anyone know the part number (from Swells) for those stupid engine clips for a 07 Is250?

That part number doesn't come up on Sewell's website anymore. I'm looking to get the clips myself.

 

just go to your dealership they have some. That's how I got mine.

 

any idea how much these clips run ?

 

I think I bought 5 for like 6-7 bucks? so it's like a little over a dollar for one. Expensive but oh wells. I know I have like a bunch of it on the bottom of my car somewhere. I think I successfully lose one each and everytime I take the covers off

 

yea found that earlier so I had to ask, but I tried that number and got..... "No Match - Please try again."

 

I believe the clips are .97ea.at Sewell but when you add in postage,you're better off going to the dealer if you're buying 6 or so and nothing else.

 

call them instead if you want to order from them, you better off go to local dealer to get them unless you are buying something from sewell so the shipping won't kill you.

 

Not sure why you would want more of these BS plastic clips.

 

These clips are a pain. You have to pull the inner pin up in order to re-instert it in place. I remember someone posted a DIY XM Tuner box post and stated the trunk carpeting clips were "EVIL CLIPS," that was some good stuff!!!

Prying with a thin screwdriver the inner piece up works better than the instructed push the inner piece down,IMO.
This on the newer clips on the '07 and I would think '08.
I changed the '06 clips.They really were a pain in the ****.

 

Lexus charged me 3 bucks a pop for the f'in clips. I was so pissed.

Some nice Quarter turn clips would be a trick replacement.
