went in for 10k service and decided to have them so the glovebox rattle; i presume they are doing the tsb with the felt pads. i was hesitant about having them do this, but the rattle is so bad sometimes i had no choice but to chance it.

the tsb shows the dash all apart - steering wheel and all - is that how mucyh they have to tear the dash apart? kind of concerns me.

i was going to wait but they had me take a loaner because they said it might take a couple of days...
