License plate lights looks bright white to me. It is even too bright for my liking, I think it might even be brighter than the stock dome light inside my car. If anything i would change the license plates lights to some "mood" lights in white just to tone it down a bit. It might just be me but that light seem out of place.

jimjaix, how hard was it to change the puddle lights? I've seen pics and it looks pretty difficult. Also, how bright is the blue lights compared to the OEM? I actually like the puddle lights and how it lights up everytime I come near it however, I don't like the yellow light it produces but still want to keep the same lumination or even better if possible.

Yea I dont know how easy thats going to be to change seeing as how they are already LEDs... I wouldnt suggest you do it though, as like everyone else already stated chances are pretty good it is illegal and a very easy thing to get pulled over for.

I wouldn't suggest you do it if you dont' know what you doing, I tried and read the thread but it isn't really that hard, and I scratched my car with the cover, after I unscrewed the screws and press that little button my cover pop and fall on my car and I caught it otherwise its gonna break.

Anyway, if you really want to do it you can its not too difficult. If you read the thread on how to change it the only thing to change is after you push the middle all the way in (push on top not bottom) and then you will see a clear plastic thing that is connected to the black thing you have to unconnect them so you can use a Flathead screwdriver and push it up in between it will disconnect them. If I take a picture it is so much easier lol....

By the way, the blue light that I change doesn't spread like the yellow for some reason (it does spread but not as much as the yellow) but hey I liked it it looks hot. At night its awesome, daytime you really don't see it lol but ya its hot, I wish I can change the clear plastic in the puddle light to a clearer one then you will see the light so much brighter.

Edit: If anyone lives around NY I can show you how to change it easily
