Expect different sheetmetal from the sedan, sharing minimal parts like sideview mirrors, maybe lights. Interior will be the same as the IS sedan.

Anyways, if what you say is true, it's a shame that Lexus didn't go through with the IS 500 concept.

The pictures are there to give you an idea of the trick roof. The car will not look like that.

That is the concept of the next generation SC, not an IS Coupe.

 

Yeah, that's what it looks like to me as well.

At any rate IF this is what the coupe will look like and IF they put the 5.0 V8 in it without destroying the look of the car like they did with the IS-F than I may have found my next vehicle purchase.

 

Targa/convertible is the way to go but I am more interested in whether they will add more hp over the current IS350 sedan ...
