Default Lugs Problems on AWD

Im at lexus right now getting a brake job for my IS250 AWD and the service advisor tells me the Lugs are ceased and stripped or soemthing like that, and if the lugs keep trying to be forced out it can mess up the hub... can someone explain this to me and tell me what i can do

don't do anything it is at Lexus and under warranty. Tell them to figure it out and give you your car back A.S.A.P.

well they say since i got Aftermarket wheels, its all on me, and i guess theyre right...
