Default AHH, liight allighnement problem. HELP :(

im having horrible problems with these lights on the is350.

the story goes like this.
im on the streets doing around 50 and hit a bump and hear a noise.
so i step out the vehicle, inspect it and decide that theres no marks w.e
i realize that i bent my left rim and my left light aim to the sky. i go in for service and in 2 hrs i get out, i wait till its late and realize that the idiot who worked on my car decided to raise my right light a tad bit and lower the left one creating a permanent high beam on my IS.

one day later i hit another bump due to the lack of visibility on the road with lights that aim too high.
i go in today complaining that these lights are annoying the crap out of me and the fact that i dont have the patients waisting time for service that doesnt work.(i dont mind waiting but not to get the car back unfixed)

well 4 hours later they fix my lights (so they said)
i come around the block and come in and say look at that line its horrible he tells me there is nothing he can do its auto and thats how it is.

so i leave. i get to my friends house and we notice that the car has been washed and scratched up soo bad.
the f**@rs at lexus gave me swirls and around 50 scratched 10 of which were soo bad. i get back there in 30 minutes and have yet another conflict where i am confronted with my service adviser and every other guy there .,
ill post that up separately

what the hell should i do tomorrow?
should i come back and complain about the lights.
i checked today about 100 times and the lights are soo poorly aimed.
that of which they highlight the road signs 2 stories above

im tired of the horrible service., well not the service just the fact that i get it back all scratched and not fixed, spent 6 hours of my time getting this one problem fixed

what to do? anyone else have this problem? i just want to enjoy spring break

Ya I read your other post and saw it, I was there today. Do you remember the tech that worked on your card?

Nah I didn't go into the lounge, I spoke with Mario (I think he's cool) He never really worked on my car but I spoke with him a couple times and I think he's nice maybe you should ask him to help you out next time when you go back.

I got the IS 250 AWD.

If you hit hard enough to bend your left rim, I'd bet money the AFS sensor on the front (which is on the left side) also took some kind of damage. It may have any number of mechanical problems that would cause the exact problem you are experiencing.

You need to find better techs to work on your car. These guys don't know enough about ISx50 to solve your issue.
