I've been using my washers a lot the past few days, and wondering whether the car will let me know before they run dry. (My Audi used to put a cool animated graphic on the trip computer display when the washer fluid ran low.)

 

You better believe it has one it's actually very annoying a big fat triangle in the middle of your cluster and a warning about your low washer fluid. O by the way our washer tank is Hugh it has to be a least a gallon and half.

 

Just keep spraying until you see a warning light or you run out of fluid =)

 

It definately comes on when the washer fluid is low, and its quite annoying but it does its job. Once you're empty you can dump a new 'full' jug of washer fluid back in.

 

The warning light will come on for somewhere around 40s when you have a windshield washer fluid is low.Then again at uneven pave such as uphill or downhill and then again when you restart the engine.

 

i'm still using the same supply when i first got the car a year ago. don't u hate that it will squirts the blue fluid to the top of the car...it can be easily wiped off, but still.

 

Yeah, i agree...i have a GFM color and the blue liquid is very annoying. I think is Armor All Washer Fluid...., it does a very avg job though. As soon as I used up the tank, I replaced it with RainX, works wonders.

 

My light went on last night and it is pretty annoying because the red triangle is pretty bright. I bought a one gallon jug of washer fluid and to my surprise I used up the entire bottle and still had room for more.

 

hey, how come i dont have windshield washer fluid shooter things in my car...what kind of cars dont come with thatttt. i thought they all had em nowadays...wow

 

lol, they are seated near the wipers. Gives a cleaner look for the hood.
