Default "Stuck" washer fluid light.

Originally this problem would fix it's self within a few hours of refilling. Now I can't get the low washer fluid level to extinguish from the dash. This is esp. a problem with my setup because I use the washer fluid reservoir for my alcohol injection. So I never know when my fluid is actually low.

Anyone else have this problem? Is it common? I've checked the connector it's working properly and installed tight. Tried fishing some stainless lock wire down in there to break it free but was unsuccessful.

I know I could just replace it but I'm being lazy. Pulling that reservoir was a pain!

Thanks
