i have 2 ipods that i switch when one dies, then i charge and swap when the other dies, different music of either of them so i always have different music in my car
I actually like the location of the AUX jack. I can control and hide my iPod at ease. The volume on steering works as well. For a $20.00 cable, it sounds GREAT. Why spend $200+ to control your iPod on the radio.
When you use a '3.5mm to Dock Connector Audio Cable' as above, I'm assuming you give up the ability to simultaneously charge your IPOD, is this correct?

Yeah, if you want audio from the dock connector AND the ability to charge at the same time you'll need to spend a bit more on the interface (ones that do both are probably more like 30-50 bucks)
