with 265's, you'll be fine, especially since you'll be adding camber with the springs.
Any particular reason you're going with 265/30's in the rear instead of 35's?
I wanted to keep the rolling diameter the same for front and rear tires. I got used to doing it this way because I came from the Audi tuning scene where the quattro system has to be kept in sync from front to back. Now that you mention it, on a RWD car it does not matter much.

Keep in mind the rolling diameters are NOT the same on a stock RWD IS...
you will have no problem with your set up. I have probably have the most aggressive drop with the tanabe suspension almost 2 inch drop all the way around running hre c20 19x8.5 38mm offset front on 235/35zr re750 bridgestone potenzas and same tire rear but on 19x9.5 offset 36mm running 275/30zr and it does not rub with trunk full and 4 peeps in car.... Doing aggressive mountain driving doesnt rub..... hope this helps....
