Anyone have any idea how to set the time for the navigation? I.e. It is set for Pacific with daylight savings. Yet when you set in a destination, the time to arrival that appears is an hour ahead....

Any ideas?

Turn daylight savings off

 

In 2006, daylight time begins on April 2 and ends on October 29.

 

I knew about the turning daylight savings off, but normally any item with that feature would change the clock accoridng to the time of year

Oh well

 

i think we had this discussion before right around last year. the lexus nav (gps_ should know exactly where you are and what date it is so it should know exactly what time it is and change the time accordingly.

unfortunately it doesn't.

The nav on my '04 G35 coupe lacks the same feature. I have to go to and from daylight savings time manually.
