Crazy Yoda,
Here is our post from the trip to Bradenton Motor Sports Drag Strip. Payam has an LMS Intake. I haven't done any mods to mine. It was very hot and humid in June when we went.

Wow! Nice pics and looks like a good track. Nice to hear that all kinds of cars are out to race as well. i think i will go down and pull a few drags when it cools off a bit. i live in Spring Hill but work in downtown St. pete so maybe I will head over from the office.
Just curious...did you guys strip out the spare tires and "extra" weiht for your runs?

Didn't take out the spare tire. Had a little less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Had the air conditioner turned off, the ECT power on and did the brake dance for the traction off. It wouldn't take long to get there from downtown St. Pete. I came from downtown Sarasota and it took me 45 minutes in after work traffic. When you plan to go again let us know or send a PM. There are a few of us that want to go again.
Anyway I just came on here to get the picture from the V1 Mount that I ordered that goes over the rear view mirror. I'm having a *@#%@% time in the car trying to get that think mounted evenly. I can see though that I have to get it rewired cause my wires won't reach from where it is mounted now. Ugh.

Sounds good will do! Mini Club Lexus event! Anyone else from this area want to meet up for a Club Lexus mini drag at thie track around these here parts!
I plan on racing without the spare, all the extra trunk stuff, all the engine compartment panels as well as every loose piece within the interior and some 100 oct fuel to boot. I have an 07 so all I have to do is hold down the track button
My wife is also going to do some racing for the first time.

Please remember this car is also stripped a bit - check the notes. But it is a nice exhaust system! I like the HP gains it offers but then you have the noise issue....

That sure is a very optimistic statement. Unfortunately the guy RO-RO ran a 13.1@106 with tons of weight removed and the LMS exhaust with intake I believe. Just can't see how it's possible to get 13.1 without pulling some weight. Now maybe if the car has some drag radials, it just may be possible. I'm actually thinking about getting another set of wheels for next season and mounting some drag radials and see what happens. I think I could get a 13.1 with stock exhaust, OEM air box, spare tire removed and with some stickier tires. We'll see...I guess I have high hopes like you.

When “Check VSC” is displayed in the multifunction display along with the “Trac-off” icon indicator, you’ll know that you have successfully completed the procedure
