Lights below Headlights
How do u turn them on?

you mean the fog lights??? theres a **** on the headlight/signal stalk that sticks out of the left side of the steering wheel.

Are you talking about the foglights? There is this thing, It's called a
owners manual
The foglight switch is right on the headlight stalk.

The fog lamps will light only with the low beam headlamps on at the same time. This is a safety mandate.

why is it a safety mandate? cuz the japanese version, you can turn the fogs on w/o having the low beams on.

my old integra was like that too... just had to have the parking lights on.

I think what he meant was you can't have the lights on bright. According to the manual, if the lights are on bright the fog lights are disabled.
