IS350 + Premium package + 18 in. wheels and tires + NAV = 40000 out of the door. good or bad??

I think that's a way better deal that what I got mine for and I don't even have NAV.

Which dealer did you get it from?

$40,000 otd in SoCal puts you at about 36,630 before TT&L .
Msrp for a IS350, Prem pkg w/Nav & 18" rims/tires should be 40,590.
That put you apprx 4,000 under Msrp - I'd say that's a very good deal.

I got the same package with g-spider, spoiler, and black emblem for 423xx OTD. So i think your deal is very good.
