Is $5300 off MSRP
a good deal for a new 2007 IS350 with luxury Package and Navigation? Let's just say MSRP is $45,000 - 5300 = 39,700 + Tax + title. Should I go for it? Thanks for your help guys

Forget MSRP. Go to edmunds.com . . price out the options you have.. print up the invoice price page - and take it to your dealer. A quick check of the options you stated . . looks around $38,375 (assuming they included the HID option)...

Does it have ML ? A IS350 with Luxury pkg, ML & Nav are very rare, even in SoCal. If the car is brand new (never been titled) and there's nothing wrong with it, I say go for it . . .

Sounds like a good deal, but that info could have been found by doing a search.
But I'm very surprised a dealer has a 350 on the lot with ML and NAV. Very, very rare.

I would refuse that deal, if I were you. Demand that you get only $1800 off MSRP, like I got!!!

Yup. My dealer was getting in one of those a month when I got my 350 about a year ago. I still got $4000 off MSRP though.
$5300 off is a great deal.
