When in sport mode do any of you forget to shift for whatever reason or shift late and it bogs at the rev limiter ? Is that harmful for the engine ? It happened to me 2 times when test drving the car while in sport mode going into a turn, wasn't use to it !

 

happened to me several times. not particularly harmful unless you repeately abuse it, ignore it, or otherwise continue to try to get the car to move faster after it's hit redline. of course this is not good for the car but i doubt you will damage anything.

 

It happened to me a few times when I first got the car. Haven't done it since. Everything is still running fine.
