Anyone see this yet? I called the company today and they said the cost would be about $180... looks to me like it would even output the text of the iPod's screen. Do you think its worth it?

Did you ask about the 2nd gen IS specifically? I called the about the Soundgate LEXPD referenced in Ken's link and they said that their product did not work with the 2nd gen IS radios...
The lady I spoke to said "yeah no problem"... call for yourself, they dont rush you off the phone... the woman also said that the website will be getting major reconstruction done so that more info and ordering can be done via online...
I also like the HD option there as well... but only if it is capable of multicast reception.

I 100% agree. Please inform. I would love not to have to look at my IPOD all the time. I used to have an alpine in my previous car that let me control the ipod while it was in my glove compartment. This would be very cool.

becuase the real money will be in the installation. from what i can tell u'll have to splice ur aux line somewhere to insert the box, or have to run a whole new wire somewhere
