now when I put the car in reverse, the side mirrors dont tilt down anymore?

Before I did the hack it worked.

Anyone have any ideas? Everything else works on the car except the tilt.

P.S. the hack is not hard as it seems. Just like everyone says its just getting the air vents out that is tricky. Total time start to finish is 1 hour max, 20 minutes for me.

 

the side mirrors only go down if the mirror selector switch isn't in the middle.

 

i don't think the hack is related to the mirrors. check your mirror control - if it's in the center, the mirrors won't tilt down. if you leave it on L or R adjust, they will tilt...
