navi question / problem?
so finally picked up my partner's SGM 250 awd navi / lux package to go along with my Tungsten pearl. My partner was trying to set the temperature to 70 degrees with the voice command and kept going to 78, tried in mine and it worked fine. Both of us tried and worked fine in mine, but kept going to 78 in his. Is there some voice setting that needs to be changed???
actually just called him, he says that any temperature request in the 70's went to 78.
TIA.

I have the same problem, 70 degrees in misunderstood as 78. It has no problem understanding 71 and 73, which are the only other ones in the seventies that I've tried.
The other problem I have is that "dial by name" is frequently misunderstood; the car says "turning on home and garden icons"

Interesting that one of yours does it and the other doesn't. Mine can't understand "60" or "70" ...in each case, it sets the temp to 68 and 78 respectively. It understands the other temps fine.
Another thing I had to learn to pronounce differently is "warmer" I couldn't get it to understand me at all... then my wife said it, and it understood every time. So I tried saying it differently, placing emphasis on the "wah" ...whereas with whatever accent I have (maybe from Wyoming?) I would say "warmer" closer to "wormer" than it was "wahrmer" (I hope that makes phonetic sense) hehe
"wahrmer" works every time now.
