haha that's nice to know. i guess if i get a used car with front bumper holes, i will need to talk to you again

 

I went to the CA Auto Show today, and saw that there are 2 dimples on the front bumper. So it looks like holes will be drilled to the bumper in order to mount the front license plate on.

 

I asked my dealer the same question. He showed me small indentions on the front bumper where the factory has marked for the dealer to drill holes to attach the plate.

My dealer also said that at the customers request, they do not have to put the plate on the front. I say, "ditch the plate!"

 

sigh.... what else can i say

 

The dimples are there on my 2GS too so I think it has always been like this.
