Default Abs issue after changing battery.

I have a lexus is350 2006 3.5 v6 2gr-fse engine, so recently I bought this car and the old owner put a aftermarket radio in and i believe he did it incorrectly because non of the ac/hazards worked. So I decided to put the old one back in, I was missing 2 cables so I waited 2 weeks to wait for them to be ordered, now when they arrived I put the original radio back in and it was totally dead didn't even Jumpstart. After we swaped the battery that didn't fix it draining overnight and I got my battery checked and all it said was my starter was low voltage, so I cleaned my battery terminals and that seems to fix the draining overnight and the start issues but now I have no abs, power steering or at least limited, and alot of other minor things(dash buttions not working, my windshield wiper doesn't work my mirrors don't turn down anymore, non if the windows work, and mainly the speedometer or odometerdoesn't work anymore, now I'm thinking it's all stemming from a abs issue, I'm hoping it's a sensor or something I fried when installing my battery. Does anyone have any insight or where to check? Also I used a code checker(a old one tho) and it said there was no codes found but my dash looks like a Christmas tree. I know electric issues can be alot if things but first I wanna check the fuses.

Main lights on dash are abs, break, p/s and afs
These are the fash lights i belive the afs light is because the guys who owned this before me out vlands in and im pretty sure thats why

Try unhooking the battery for 5 minutes if you have not tried it. Hopefully it can clear your gremlins, good luck.
