Default Check engine light P0343

I have a 2010 IS250 and it has not been driven for awhile with the battery dead. I started the car recently and it's giving me a check engine light with VSC light also. I checked the car with an OBD scanner and it's showing me P0343 error. Anyone know how to fix this issue? I was reading online and youtube and saw someone replace the cam position sensor but wasn't sure if that is correct since they had a different code P0348.

Before swap the sensor check de connector and the cables. Don't ask me why but there are some cases with the same issue after replacement the alternator or battery.

Thanks for the video, good to know where each sensors are. Looked at all the wires and they seems to be good without any falling out.

Reset the ECU or code. Then see if it comes back each time.

If all is well ... it's time for an Italian tune up! Get a fresh tank of fuel ... not knowing how long the car has been sitting.

car has been sitting without being plugged into trickle charger for about a month so battery died. I tried clearing the code but I still see P0343 Sensor A circuit high bank 1 error code. I got a fresh tank and battery charged up now. Probably need to drive it around for 100 miles to see if the code goes away.

If the code says "permanent" then you will just have to drive till its satisfied. Then it should go away on its own.

Hopefully that's the case.

Thanks for the link to do the driving pattern. I have the permanent code so I probably will have to try the Universal trip drive pattern to see if it goes away. Hoping it will go away or will need to replace the cam position sensors and do it all over again.
