Default Need limp mode help! How do I reset!?

I have an 04' Lexus IS300 with 3 codes and is currently in "limp mode". I am pretty savy when it comes to mechanics I will do research on my own the codes are:
P0057
P0031
P0420
Any advice or real help would be greatly appreciated. Jokes are awesome as well.

Do you currently have any mods in your vehicle right now?
looks like you would need new o2 sensors and cat....

P0031Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Heater Control Circuit Low - Manual and Automatic Transmission
P0057Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 2) Heater Control Circuit Low - Manual and Automatic Transmission
P0420Catalyst Efficiency Below Normal (Bank 1) - Manual and Automatic Transmission

Thats pretty much what it sounds like...

simplest way to check the cat is temp gun. simple numbers here, if the inlet temp is say 100, and outlet at 75, the cat is bad. temp exiting should be higher than temp going in.

Default Problem solved

Not sure how it happened but my cats were clogged with debris (hair *****) 😂 I had a local mechanic rod them out for me. Thanks for your responses and help sorry it took so long for me to jump back on but my 04 IS is quick after now.
