2005 Lexus is300
Hi I new to the is300 family! Recently my Trac Off light has been flashing, scan my car with the obd2 scanner and got the codes C1201,C1223,C1241,P0442! Also the car is running a Kordare straight pipe! Any clues to start checking the codes ?

If I have to make a wild guess your O2 sensors are not happy with the straight pipe. The stock ecu MUST get proper readings from all the o2 sensors or you will get the trac light and limp mode on the transmission.
I'd look up what each of those codes mean and diagnose accordingly.

If you could, list each code you have and what the description of each code is so that people trying to help with your car don't have to go research each of them individually.
The TRAC light on my car was on when the 4-pin APPS connector was making an intermittent connection, and when one of my o2 sensors went bad. I'm sure there are several other things that can cause the TRAC light to be on.
Also, I'd highly recommend being very careful in the car w/o Traction. I lost control of mine in the rain at a low speed because my tires were not in great condition. There was nothing I could do to recover from the fish tail that it started doing and it ruined ~$1100 worth of parts on the front end suspension. Traction control was on but it didn't help in this situation.

I would order a new APPS pigtail and crimp that on the line and then go from there... see if code goes away. If not, replace APPS. Replace O2’s also
I just went through a bunch of these codes, did the work myself and fixed 7 MIL codes and limp mode is gone and car runs great.
I used bmotorsports.com for the pigtails. ($10)
And partsgeek for the APPS ($147)
good luck.

C1241 is power to trac ECU
C1223 left rear wheel speed sensor error
C1201 is just a general code about stability control system (might be different for other makes but toyota specifically)
P0442 is evap crap. basically nothing related to this issue and wont affect power. Ive had that code forever
Start with power at trac ECU, then look for broken wires near lefr rear wheel
