yeah I have replaced all three sensors already hoping that was it. I'll check the hoses but I don't remember seeing any bad ones

no I haven't I just put in a brand new fuel pump but don't have a way to check fuel pressure at the moment . When is park I can get it to slowly rev to high rpms but yeah if I floor it it dies out

You can rent the tool at an auto parts store. To check pressure. It could even be the filter in the tank.
