Oil light issue
Hey guys, I’ve been driving my Lexus is200 for around a year now.
It has alot of miles on it though (around 200000)
2 months ago it came up with an orange oil warning light, whilst the engine oil level was perfect.
After changing the oil, oil filter and oil sensor, the issue was gone for a month.
But, you’ve probably guessed it, it came back.
The oil level is again perfect.
The oil light appears when driving around 2.5k rpm for a long time, and instantly dissapears when I floor the gas pedal for just a second.
I’ve used the correct oil described by the manual, and I’m really running out of guesses what could be the issue seeing I’m not an expert in these things.
Could anybody please help me out on this one?
Cheers!

Things are starting to wear inside the motor to a point of not being able to maintain proper oil pressure @ idle. After checking the pressure with a real guage. If it is low then move up 1 step in motor oil weight, and see if that helps.
