Thought I'd say hi. The UK 1st Gen IS forums are fairly quiet so here I am. Joined after picking up a 2002 IS300. They're fairly rare over here and this one was just too good to pass up. One lady owner since new, full Lexus dealer history and best of all only 53k miles. It's barely run in. Not the sort of thing you'd usually see on a main dealer forecourt given its age but they'd looked after the car from new and when she traded it in for a CT it was considered too good for auction. And because it's officially Lexus Approved Pre-Owned they serviced it, MOT'd it, taxed it, put two new tyres on it, gave me a years breakdown cover and a full 1 year Lexus warranty. Back of the net, as a famous Lexus owner used to say.

Thank you! Major mods so far have been a K&N (can't help myself) and swapping the heated seats/traction control buttons round. That's 10bhp + 10bhp in anyone's book. Oh and some whiter sidelights. Who needs turbo conversions?
