New to Lexus
Hows it going?
I didnt see a newbie section so i figured this is the next best place.
My names Daniel, I just got hired as a PDI tech at lexus carlsbad, on my way to becoming an apprentice and so on. I just left my VW technician job, and dont know a lot about lexus'. Im hoping to learn a lot both at the dealer and from this site. Just wanted to introduce myself and say whats up!
Im a regular on the subaru Forum, Nasioc, so ill post some pics up for ****s and giggles. Maybe someday ill grow on lexus' and own one!

Hello Daniel! Welcome to the Club!!
Good to hear of your opportunity as a Lexus tech. You'll find great information on the Forums that may not be so well known in dealerships. What can I say -- we're hyperfocused on what our cars can do.
If you have any questions about the cars, go to the specific Model Forums, or go to Car Chat which has a lot of enthusiasts and experts who regularly chime in. Good luck!

Thanks for the warm welcomes!
Just at the end of my 2nd week on the job. Really enjoying it so far. The cars are awesome. Ive been doing more pedal recalls then PDIs, but did get in an LS460 and ISF as well as some other nice ones. They seem like really well built cars. Getting into my subie after work feels like driving a tin can with a turbo
