Default Headlight issue

I've been searching and I can't seem to find my answer , my headlights and fog lights don't turn off. Even when I double lock it. I made sure all doors were closed. I tried to put it on the off and they stayed on. I can turn my fog lights off but even when I turn from auto to off, the headlights stay on. I tried disconnecting my battery but when I connect it back up they are still on. Any idea on what could cause this and how to fix this problem?

The only thing I can think of is the head light relay switch. I believe it is located on the driver side under the hood. Good luck.

I had a similar issue last week, but it only happened once. When I took her for another spin and came back, it was working normally and the double lock sequence shut off everything.

I may be seeing the same issue on the horizon, so I'll be checking back for solutions for future reference.
