Default Turbo questions and help

So, I have an 02 is300 with about 150k miles on it. But I was wondering if boosting it with the motor having such high mileage would I run the risk of blowing it? Or doing any other damage to make it not worth it? If it would be worth it, any suggestions on ways to go with the turbo itself? All feedback is appreciated. Thanks

Should be fine for moderate boost, but it is so cheap to build one of these motors, you might as well budget for it to start...
