Default chip tuning, please help

i have a 02 IS300 with a air intake and cat back exhaust but i need more power!! im looking for performance chips online but i dont know whats a good one. any suggestions?

dont buyt the chip, ppl been having alot of problems... the is300 is fast enough already, i agree with perhaps headers, intake manifold? and if you wanna go all out, turbo it.

if you do headers, and want to turbo down the road, the headers will be a waste of money.

and if you want to "chip" again down the road new ecu

the next step is headers, i want to keep it NA for a while. but i just want a little more power. i already have an air intake and cat back exhaust. to tell u the truth i race in LA and some civic, TL(not type S) even V6 mustang give me problems. im on a little budge i just want some mods to make my IS put maybe 250 to 280 on an NA set-up. so any advice on mods? headers im ordering in about two weeks.

That much power will require a set of cams and head work at least. You gotta think you make like 195 to the wheels. To get 60-80hp extra on same engine.

Heads cams headers high flow cats port everything you see and tune it n/a
