Engine sinking?

2005 IS 300..

Besides my driver's side door lock not functioning well....

I was told my engine is sinking but my engine mount looks okay. My oil filter is lower than normal which makes it difficult to change the filter. Does anyone have this problem?

I have always had trouble changing the oil filter too but i figured it is just the one thing toyota did not make amazing.

Its a pain to reach down under the engine, but hey, its only every 3-4 months.
