i just purchased my black 01 is300 w 96k miles today and only had it for a few hours and i love it. im about to be 24 next month and this is my 11th car and my favorite by FAR!! this car is here to stay if i have anything to it. sold my 99 civic si today and picked this baby up.
and to a mod that reads it, i need to fix my screen name from fastsmurf0 to fastsmurf04. it was a miss print. thanks!!

here are a few things that i would HIGHLY recommend doing:
clean your MAF
Reset your ECU:
1.) turn off car
2.) remove negative battery terminal
3.) leave for 10 min
4.) replace terminal
5.) start car and drive it!
*it will relearn how you drive and adjust your ecu
Try Trac On/off
some have noticed slight hesitation so you can try the car with the trac on/ or off and see how you like it. just be mindful it is a RWD car unlike your civic. have fun!
Replace Airfilter
clean is better than dirty
k&n drop in is better than a clean OEM
Aftermarket intake system is better than a drop in
SRT intake/ECU piggyback wins ALL!
I also used Seafoam in the engine. That seemed to help a lot. Just need an oilchange, and replace your spark plugs afterwards.
oh and check and make sure your bulbs are all functional. I had 2 burnt out that i didnt even know about. here is a picture. the bulb size is 168 and it goes into the top of your lowbeam.(sorry for the crappy pic, the car is dirty)

Plan on keeping it stock. Its got a k and n drop in i think he said. All mobile one oil and filter. Has new fairly new plugs too i think. But runs like a champ. Pics will be posted tomorrow. Im a member on carolinahondas. Does this site use photobucket as well or what?

i think it is from what i read on the doc from the dealership and from what i look at in pics. it rides great whatever it is. i even looked at it today and it all looks stock. if so idk what.
lol, funny what you find out when you ask. looks good though. the black was the other color i was considering. the blue stole my heart though. i bet though if a black sportcross came near i would end up with that instead.
