Angry Delivery problems with Swift Racing Technologies

Back in September, we ordered an High Flow intake system for an IS300 to SRT. The order went fine, we paid via PAYPAL ($450) , SRT took the money ... and that's it. They did not deliver our HFI.

Despite a number of e-mails and a dispute file opened via PAYPAL, we have not got the product we paid for.

Has anyone had problems with SRT? is the shop closed ?

Angry no improvments

I posted on my.is, as suggested, and sent PM's, but so far it did not help.

And for some reasons, my post has been removed from the forum .

I have still no news of my intake.

did you file a dispute with paypal before you made contact with the company? i've dealt with SRT on many levels and they have always been extremely helpful. they have always gone above and beyond whatever it was i was in need of...

good luck getting it resolved. i would just try calling the shop over and over until someone answers.

Thanks for your comments TicaLis300.

I started talking to them via e-mail, then with no answer for some weeks, decided to file a dispute (which has been closed by paypal since then).

After all that time, I think my money is gone andI think I will never receive the intake I have paid for.

I came across this thread while browsing the forum...I live near the company's headquarters, if this is the same one I'm thinking of. Have you tried the Better Business Bureau? The BBBs site says a report was filed today and resolved?

Good luck getting it all sorted out.

Same thing happened to me. But i wasn't 450 it was 600.00 and i have been calling and sending him messages and nothing. People tell me to call the police department over where the shop is located what do you think?

SRT has a less than great track record.

The owner is an *** to deal with, IMO.

Also, if he didn't build it, your car is crap in his eyes.

Mo Choudhury on Facebook is who you are looking for.
