to be honest, i don't see anything important (except warranty work) that i can't bring my car to my most trusted mechanic to do
Unless there is a Lexus warranty issue involved, (which can only be done by a Lexus dealer) , you often can get the SAME work done at a Toyota shop for much less that at an Lexus shop...and the Toyota shop will use the SAME factory fluids and filters as the Lexus shops do.
