If you've ever driven or seen California's central valley, you will understand why there are bugs all over the highway. I-5 cuts right through the huge fields and crops where most of your supermarket produce comes from.
I get bug kills EVERYDAY around this time of the year when I cross the Dumbarton Bridge(Nor Cal). I dread May, June and July. I kill at least 25 bugs every morning crossing the bridge. It's like they swarm around the waters at the base of the bridge or something. I'm getting tired of washing my car every weekend.
Maybe it's time for me to buy a bra.

I feel ya on that. I drove over the Dumbarton from "Jawnthen's" house in Fremont (where I took that first pic) to visit my cousins in the city @ Sunset District. Before I left Jawnthen's house with a clean windshield, by the time I got on that one long parkway towards the 101, it was dirty again.
