You probably have a leak in the rear air suspension line. Get an odbII reader, plug it in and look for DTC. A leak should show C1761/C1762. Get a pair of ramp, raise the car on it (lock the wheel to prevent the car from rolling). Get your soapy water ready and clear the code so it force the compressor to start. Try to listen for air leak near the rear line and spray soapy water and look for bubble to find the leak. Once you confirm the leak buy a new air tube from the leader (around 350$ CAD). Go under the car and with a long set pliers try to unsnap the rear line from their plastic bracket so after that you'll be able to wiggle it out from one side of the car, don't disconnect it from the shock/compressor yet. Now is the tricky part if you only have a carjack like me. If you can put the car on jack-stand its the best way but doable without it. Raise one rear wheel at a time with a jack and remove the wheel and a part of the plastic cover. Disconnect the air suspension tube from the shock. You need to be very careful don't force it out. Dealer use a SST (09730-00010) to remove the tube but you can use a small screwdriver. Take your time so you learn how the connector is made, its not easy to disconnect. Do the same thing from the other side and try to get the whole tube out, you might need to go back under the car to wiggle the tube using ramp or better yet use jack stand for the whole procedure. After you removed the tube install the new one and then clear the code, the leak should be gone.

You're welcome, one last bit of advice is that those air tube have 2 layers so the leak might not be visible with soap if the leak is in the inner tube as it will be trapped in the second layer of rubber. To find mine I had to pinch the tube where the leak could be hear to confirm it. Also when you restart the compressor it should run for about 3 minutes before shutting down for 10 minutes to prevent it from wearing down. You'll have to clear the code again to restart it if need be. What happen is when the car is at the correct height the sensor send a signal to shut down the compressor, but it this came it never come so the compressor run for too long and generate the DTC. Good luck

Is there any warning lights on the dash ? How exactly did that happen, you just got up one morning and the car was like that ? When you turn on the car and press the height button you should hear the compressor starting, can you hear any air leaking in the back at all ? Maybe you have no code because you didn't let the car run for at least 15 min since you saw this problem so the car didn't stored the code yet.

I just did as you told me let the car un for at least 15 minutes and it told me the same thing.I do not really hear the pump working. It happened like that, I was on the highway when I started to feel all the imperfection of the road. I stopped and saw that the rear of the vehicle was completely crushed.

You probably need a techstream. Ordinary OBD readers might not be able to read all Lexus codes.
