Has anyone ever put a subwoofer in a 400h? Im concerned with the hybrid technology this will ruin the battery, even with a capacitor. I wanted to add a JL 10w7.

I put a sub in mine, but you should becareful, initially when my installer put my sub in, the car had a error, and wouldn't start, and he had to do something to fix it. Now everything works great, adding a sub was the best thing ever for the RX. I was really disappointed with the Mark Levinson system in this car, I have the ML system in my 14' IS, and it sounds amazing. Was hoping it would sound decent on the RX, but it sounded horrible.

 

My Brabus has the stock Harmon Kardon system and it sounds amazing compared to the ML system in my RX. What subwoofer did you use? do you have any photos?
