Default Mark Levinson Audio Concerns

Hello, I have a 2013 RX 450h with a ML system and to be quite honest, I'm disappointed. It seems like there's no bass, I previously had a RX with just the premium sound and darn I believe it sounded better? I have the bass all the way on. Could my subwoofer be blown? how would I know? For all the hype of this system, it's just not there for me. I took it to Lexus and they said they adjusted it and it should sound 100% better now, really, I don't think so!!! Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!!!

@North. I have the ML with either 1 or 2 bars above mid and it is plenty bass. Something may be wrong with yours. Hit the Media button. Click on Sound. And you will see the sound adjustment levels.

How long have you had the car? If the above suggestions do not help, then:
Have an independent car audio store check it out. They will be able to determine if the subwoofer is blown, or its amplifier.

If you need to see the owners manual , then join the Lexus Drivers Site, enter your VIN and you can see the owners manual, the build sheet and dealer service history:

You need to ad a DSP board along the way more effective than a lot of other expensive upgrades but make sure all your speakers are working .

I usually post that Lexus Drivers Site link once a week. It is a bit difficult to navigate around, but the info is there.
