I recently bought a 2007 RX 400h with nav system in it. I am able to connect my iPhone with Bluetooth but can I play ,used on it through Bluetooth. If so how do I do it and if not is there something I can buy to make it work?

For your 07 it will emulate an mp3 player and display song info on the nav screen. Sterling wheel controls will still work.

 

One of the downsided of the RX400h is that the Bluetooth is good for making calls. I tried a few apps on the phone to push the music as if the phone was making a phone call but that did not work. I got a Bluetooth to FM device for about $20 that works just ok. (no name or control as the one smassey linked and the volume needs to turned higher than normal)
