"Check Hybrid System" Came on today!
My Check Hybrid System cam on, while I was driving. The car still drove, but only on battery power until battery almost ran out so I pulled over. CEL also cam on. I checked code ($10 obd tool came in handy). Code was P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Malfunction. I cleared the code, and it started back up and ran like normal, and both codes were gone. I called a hybrid battery shop, and was recommended to only have it fixed if the Check Hybrid System light stays on. Has anyone had this experience? I will change my oil tomorrow because it is a 2000 miles past due. That is all I can think to do short of replacing sensors.

Pole Position
I doubt the crank position sensor has nothing to do with the Batt. And yes, the 07 and early 08 Camry's are famous for the Position sensor code as well as blowing coil packs.

My check hybrid light has come on before one time it lasted a few hours another a few days then went away. Car drove fine both times.

Looks normal to me. You have turned on the battery display that shows how power is being delivered or regenerated. If you hit the "disp" button on your steering wheel you will cycle through different information. odo is your odometer.
