I have had poor gas mileage since my purchase of the Lexus 450H, 18.2 MPG City/26 MPG HWY. Now After several service (5) appts resulting in "everything checks out fine" I rode with Lexus Specialist in Hybrids and he eaked out 24 MPG in City. Still not the stellar 30 MPG in city as advertised. I have filed a complaint with Texas Lemon Law. I am now dealing with the Lexus Dealership attorneys. ^^ its probably driving style more than anything if you are getting only 18mpg but another driver got 24mpg in the same vehicle. However, since you feel strongly enough to file suit, then good luck with your case

Been there done that with another brand of car make sure they use the millage when you first told them it was a bad car. I had to pay for a extra 1k miles and they put over 500 on the car.
