Noise upon cold start-up

Did anyone notice a weird noise upon a cold start-up? The noise sounds sort of like weird clicking sound or something bouncing in the engine but, after 5-6 seconds of the noise at various times, it goes away and everything is normal. Any input?

It's normal in the new 3.5L low friction engine family that started with the 2010 RX line. Your valves are no longer turned by a belt which is quieter but but is an expensive maintenance item when it needs replacing. They are now turned by the internal cam chain which is what you're hearing. It's all good, nothing to worry about.
