Default Window trim on 450h vs 350h

Does anyone know if the window trim on the NX450h will go on the NX350h? I saw a pic and it looks to be color matched, or did I see it wrong? It definitely didn't look chrome.

If it is color matched, does anyone have the part #'s?

When I finally get my NX I planned on getting rid of the chrome by either getting it done in black or to match the color of the vehicle. Any thoughts?

Has anyone done either and if so how did it turn out? Pics?

I have a 23 NX 450H+ and it is CHROME. The ONLY chrome on the damn car is the window trim and the center of the side mirrors. Everything else they blacked out. I have been searching everywhere online for the outside mirror trim in black but can't find it anywhere, even china. I've found a million chrome ones though.

I'd be extremely interested if you figure it out. Let me know.

I saw this one online and it's a 450h+ but to me that trim doesn't look chrome but it might be just the way the lighting is hitting on this picture.

It's blacken if you have the F-Sport. It's not color trimmed. You can see in my orange, it's blacken. And the side mirrors is the only place with chorme. Non F-Sport window trims are chrome.

That orange color is really sharp looking. To bad my wife would never go for it.

Thanks for clearing that up. Any idea if you think it would be cheaper to blacken the chrome ones on my NX or purchase the f sport ones and get them installed? I'm assuming they are the exact some minus the black vs chrome?

I'd also like to get the mirrors done as well.

I think getting it wrapped would be the best choice. Changing things could void your warranty if you find any vibrations or squeaks.

@IneedNX Just saw this on eBayMotors. Not sure if you've seen it. Price seems right.

I vinyl wrapped my chrome trim. I don't see how you could use pre-cut vinyl. Some edges require excess material to tuck in, other sides require knifeless cutting; not to mention how on earth you could lay long skinny strips and get them perfectly straight.

I called Lexus of Wesley Chapel (Tampa Florida area) Parts Dept last week. While on the phone I asked him about the cost of the F-Sport Black Chrome Trim fitting on the Base model and he said yes, no issues. He told me the Rear Triangles are the most expensive because the Trim and the Glass are all one piece. They were $220 each (L&R). A total window trim swap out would run right around $800 he told me. And now we know.....

Parts Only!!!
I was surprised about the cost of the triangular piece in the rear position. Don’t understand why Lexus combined the trim and glass in one piece.

Okay, I got the Chrome Window Trim, Chrome Mirror Center and Gray/Silver Roof Rails wrapped in Xpel PPF Gloss Black yesterday. The Roof Rails came out really nice. The jury is still out on the Window Trim. Yesterday when I picked it up (afternoon before hurricane hit) it was bubbly and was shrinking. I'm not sure if they hurried because they wanted to get it done before the hurricane hit or if it is just the material itself. He said that after a couple days if it looked like crap he'd pull it off and figure something else out. He said the Xpel PPF is really hard to work with on small areas. It cost $1,200. YES, expensive!!!!!
